Product Properties

Scope of Application

Phosphate fertilizer production;

Defoaming for production processes of phosphorus‑containing compound fertilizers and other mineral‑acid hydrolysis processes;

Surface treatment, membrane filtration, papermaking, coatings, wastewater treatment and other industries.

Operation Instructions

This product features both defoaming and foam‑suppressing performance. It may be dosed after foam generation, or pre‑added into the foaming system as a foam‑suppressing component. Depending on different application systems, the recommended dosage is 0.2‰ ~ 1.5‰. The optimal dosage shall be confirmed by users through trials.

The product can be added directly or after dilution. It can be charged directly without dilution under sufficient agitation of the foaming system. If dilution is required, follow the procedures provided by our technical staff. Our company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from improper processing or usage not in accordance with above requirements.

Packaging and Storage

Package: 50 kg plastic drum; custom‑made packaging specifications are available upon customer’s request.

Storage: Keep sealed in cool and ambient‑temperature place; avoid direct sunlight. Do not add acid, alkali, salt or other substances into the product. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use. Slight phase separation may occur after long‑term storage; stir thoroughly before use and generally the performance will not be affected.

Shelf‑life: 6 months under sealed storage at ambient temperature.
